Ashburton Ukrainian insists 'Russia will be beaten'
Standing proud: Ashburton-based Ukrainians, Anna Keit and partner Oleksandr Kholiavka, are trying to assist family and friends caught up in Russia’s bloody invasion of their home country. Their own money, plus proceeds from sausage sizzles they are running, are being used to buy protective earmuffs for their Russian-fighting friends operating heavy artillery guns and cannons in the Ukraine war.
